Our future aim is to secure 50% of our workload through a Partnering approach or long-term Framework Agreements with our clients. This allows for our involvement at the earliest stage of projects. Our ability to influence design, buildability and to plan projects properly enables us to drive down costs, shorten program times and ensure levels of quality.

We have successfully applied a partnering ethos to projects that have been traditionally procured and by doing so, it allows us to further ensure that our clients needs are fully met and that this is done through open, co-operative and flexible working relationships to which everyone is focused on common objectives and a “win – win” situation.
